      Yes, they can.

    • Can this service be used on a 4G connection without Wi-Fi?

      Yes, it can. However, when using video chat, if the connection speed is not fast enough, the video or audio may skip. We recommend using a location with a fast connection.

    • I attempted to use free matching, but my camera wouldn't activate.

      In some cases, use of the camera is incompatible with household Wi-Fi or company Wi-Fi services. If you are unable to use the camera, try turning Wi-Fi off and using 4G instead.
